  Losing my house to a fire has not been an easy experience. I was referred to burkes by my local fire department who put out the fire at my house. This entire process with them so far has been so smooth. Cindy, their pack out employee has gone above and beyond caring for all the remaining items I have left as if they are her own, she took the time to talk to me and I felt like she genuinely cared about not only me as a person but making sure that I understood and felt comfortable with what she was doing. She was beyond kind and always had a smile on her face even though she works with people's worst nightmares every day. She truly has been such a light in this dark time for me. I would also like to say James the responding employee made us feel safe in a time where we were unsure of everything. He has also gone above and beyond to make sure our insurance company does right by us and has taken every single one of my calls and answered all of my questions. This is going to be such a long process for my family and I but my mind is at ease knowing they are doing everything they can to do right by us and get us home.
