• Comment: When our home burned down, Burke's Klein's DKI was on the scene, in sub-zero weather and in the dark, within hours to secure our property and assess our immediate needs. First thing next morning they brought us a new kennel for our 4 month old yellow lab puppy! Despite responding to hundreds of home loss situations each year, everyone we worked with was unfailingly kind and respectful. It might have been "just another day at the office" to them, but their care and compassion for us was front and center; we chose them to be our contractor because of this.
  
  Brian, our lead, was great to work with - attentive and responsive to our concerns and committed to getting the job done right. We enjoyed a truly collaborative relationship during the rebuilding process as he and other subcontractors made suggestions to improve the aesthetics and function of our design. We incorporated many of those ideas resulting in a beautiful finished home.
  
  We were continually amazed by most all of the subs, who showed up to work happy and worked nights, weekends and holidays to keep us on schedule. We were especially pleased by how many of our personal items were recovered by Ashley and Cindy of the contents department, our great framing crew Chris and Andy, painter Carlos, the tiling sub, Erik in regard to the kitchen design and Rich the numbers guy, who worked with our insurance company to get us what we needed. These folks all went above and beyond to make this very difficult experience have a happy ending!
