• Comment: We had a pipe freeze and burst, flooding 2 of our exam rooms in our small doctor's office. We rely on having 2 rooms for efficiency and timeliness in seeing our patients. Jimmy was prompt in coordinating the work to be started and was on-site several times during the process until reparations were complete. Sometime after the flood in those 2 exam rooms, we noticed some water damage in the bathroom on the other side of the office, and once again they got right on the issue. We were in need of a plumber for some of that work and couldn't get anyone in for about a week. Jimmy made some calls and got a plumber to come out that day to ensure everything was put back together so things could go right back to normal. The work was done well and the communication regarding the claim and the repairs was great. Would highly recommend.
