• Comment: in early November had a tree come thru the roof. Unfortunately, DKI is the insurance preferred vendor.
  James, the estimator is the rudest and most incompetent person I have ever had to deal with. Little to no notice given when he or his crews decide to show up. His crews installed a dehumidifier but failed to hook up the drain hose to the machine so the carpet was soaked. James was supposed to verify that the tarping done by tree guys was sufficient...he gave the ok...next rain, house was flooded again. when he was called, all he gave was attitude. and now we have been sitting for WEEKS waiting for a simple bid to be turned into the insurance so that the work can get done! I would NEVER recommend them and DKI should be embarrassed to have James representing them
