• Comment: I had a car drive through a wall (yes, THROUGH a wall) at my bookstore today. I was totally frazzled, and having no idea what the heck to do after the police and fire department were done. It's not like this happens often enough to have a check list for how to deal with it. Well the firefighters gave me the number for these guys and in less than 30 minutes I had someone onsite to consult.
  They took the ball from there and cleaned up the debris, boarded up the big hole in the wall, vacuumed my floor and even my books! As the person who was standing next to all this mess ready to cry and pull my hair out at all that had to be done, I was amazed. Less than 6 hours after it happened I was staring at something manageable and not, what seemed to me, to be Armageddon.
  I cannot thank you guys enough for turning madness and mayhem Into a starting point for moving forward.
